Ronda Bischoff
Board Member, Comprehensive CPA, LLC
Ronda Bischoff is the founder of Comprehensive CPA, LLC, a company that provides Controller and Director of Finance services to small and mid-size companies. Prior to founding Comprehensive CPA, LLC, Ronda served in various accounting roles both within public accounting and the private sector in a variety of industries, including nonprofit organizations. Ronda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. She earned her MBA with concentrations in Finance, International Business and Management Strategy from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She is a licensed and registered Certified Public Accountant. Ronda lives in Rolling Meadows with her husband, two sons and daughter. Her daughter has been a participant in SGT since the inception of the Musical Theatre-Palatine program. Ronda joined the SGT Board in 2018 and currently serves on the Financial Oversight Committee.
Anne Coupe
Board Member, BMO Global Asset Management
Anne Coupe is Managing Director, Head of Global Consultant Relations BMO Global Asset Management. She has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Anne earned her B.A. in American Government from the University of Virginia, and her M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Anne and her three sons live in Barrington. Her eldest has been an avid cast member of SGT-Palatine for the last 3 seasons, and looks forward to more. Anne joined the Board in 2018 and serves as a member of the Marketing Committee.
Allie Gillies
Board Member
Allie is an avid volunteer in the Palatine community. She volunteers on the D211 Strategic Planning Committee, the D211 Equity Committee and Scouts BSA Troop 209 (where she helped bring the first girls’ program to the area). Allie prides herself in raising awareness for activities that are open to students with special needs, and if programs don’t exist she helps initiate positive change for programs to be inclusive to all. Allie and her family are from Massachusetts, and in 2013 she moved to Illinois with her husband John and 3 children. Her daughter Meghan joined SGT’s Palatine program in November, 2020, and this is where Allie’s passion for SGT began. Meghan’s life has truly been transformed by SGT bringing her a newfound confidence through participating in a theatre programming that includes a multi-disciplinary team of therapists providing important social and life skills and a safe space where she can be accepted as herself. These skills continue well past the 2 hour class period of SGT into her high school life where she now enters with a spring in her step and the confidence to communicate with students and adults alike. Allie joined the Board of SGT in the fall of 2021.
Paul Keidan
Board Member, Added Incentives, Inc.
Paul started and has owned Added Incentives, Inc. (a promotional products company) for over 30 years. Previously, he was a manufacturer’s representative in the sporting goods industry. Paul graduated from The Ohio State University. He lives in Deerfield and has 2 daughters who served as Peer Mentors at SGT for a combined 15 years! Paul’s sister (Judy Vass) was one of SGT’s original employees. Paul joined the SGT Board in 2017. He presently serves as a member of the Fundraising Committee and the Chairman of the Marketing Committee.
Matt Miller
Board Vice Chair, Claro Healthcare
Matt is the General Counsel of Claro Healthcare, a Chicago-based healthcare consulting company. Previously, he was a leader in the Legal Department of Aon Hewitt (formerly Hewitt Associates) and an associate at two prominent Chicago law firms. Matt earned his J.D. at the Northwestern University School of Law and his college degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He lives in Northbrook with his wife and two daughters (both of whom are or were peer mentors at SGT’s Palatine Musical Theatre location for many years). Matt joined the SGT Board in 2017 and presently serves as its Vice Chair and the Chairman of the Board Governance Committee.
Randy Sylvan
Board Chairman
Randy is a retired partner of a national CPA firm. He currently is an adjunct professor of accounting at Roosevelt University. In addition, Randy either chairs or is a board member or committee member for several non-profit organizations. He has a BS in Accountancy from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a Master of Accounting from Roosevelt University. Randy lives with his wife, Edye, in Long Grove. They have two married children and two grandsons. He has been a member of SGT’s Board since 2010, has served as its Treasurer, and currently serves as Board Chair.
